Oznámení o fúzi sloučením: Společnosti Aviation Assets s.r.o. (IČO: 062 78 256) a Blanik Aircraft CZ s.r.o. (IČO: 036 16 207), obě se sídlem Beranových 65, 199 00 Praha 9, tímto podle § 33 odst. 1 písm. b) zákona č. 125/2008 Sb., o přeměnách obchodních společností a družstev, oznamují, že dne 26. 6. 2025 byl projekt fúze sloučením uložen do sbírky listin obchodního rejstříku u každé ze zúčastněných společností. V rámci této fúze dojde ke sloučení společnosti Aviation Assets s.r.o. jako zanikající společnosti se společností Blanik Aircraft CZ s.r.o. jako nástupnickou společností. Notice of Merger by Acquisition: Companies Aviation Assets s.r.o. (ID No.: 062 78 256) and Blanik Aircraft CZ s.r.o. (ID No.: 036 16 207), both with their registered office at Beranových 65, 199 00 Prague 9, hereby announce, in accordance with Section 33 (1)(b) of Act No. 125/2008 Coll., on Transformations of Business Companies and Cooperatives, that on 26 June 2025 the draft terms of merger by acquisition were deposited in the Collection of Deeds of the Commercial Register for each of the participating companies. As part of this process, Aviation Assets s.r.o. will be merged as the dissolving company with Blanik Aircraft CZ s.r.o. as the successor company. Draft Terms of Merger – Download PDF. Information for Creditors: In accordance with Sections 35–39 of the Transformations Act, creditors are entitled to request sufficient security for their claims if it can be reasonably assumed that the merger will impair the recoverability of their outstanding receivables.
